A mostly freeway-grade link that avoids the Seattle area fairly nicely. In this table,
the mileage is based on actual miles travelled, as the state milepost system
is a bit odd. Slip roads mileage is indicated where the WSDOT highway log says
they leave the freeway, rather than the center of the junction as I usually
do. Speed limits changes are approximately where they can be expected. You have
