Here are the vidcaps I did in Albany while riding around with Doug Kerr.
The VT caps were done with my video camera's "night vision" function
That's why they're a bit phuzzy. Squint a lot.

Downtown Albany

Looking west, preparing to go under Empire Plaza.
The Western Tunnel entry
West of the main plaza-preparing to do a U-ey.
The turnaround at the end of the freeway.
Heading east and back under the plaza.
Under the Empire State Plaza-eastbound.
You have car park access-the State Museum is to the right.
Back in the daylight-approaching the "Circle Stack" junction.
The split for IH 787 north.
Looking out over the stack.
Unique full-span gantry. I think it looks quite nice.
Yep, a 30 MPH freeway. Like IH 66 in DC.
The flyover from IH 787 north to the Empire State Plaza west.
Ok.
Coming to the end of the freeway.

Traffic now squeezes to the right.
The signs give the illusion of real freeway action.

Pouf! Now onto IH 87!
The JN 7 Split. This is locally known as "Alt 7". Note the pull-thru for IH 87.
On Alt 7 now-near one of the two junctions on this freeway.
US 9 and NY 9R leave to the Right from Latham and Cohoes.
Alt 7.
per above.
And again!
Midway on this freeway, It's a nice frreway link to Troy.
Coming up on junction number two for IH/NY 787.
And the split...
Eastbound, you get a CD road(IH 787 has naked weaving areas).
Crossing the Collar City Bridge.
Now in VT, looking at a rather jüted sine.
Here's a jüted signal to go w/the sine.
The Green phase of the above.
Squint and you can make this out. North of Bennington, VT on US 7.
Now on the VT US 7 freeway northbound.
This is the ramp for US 7 North. Squint to see the future VT welcome center.
Further up the road.
Straight ahead is VT 67A-Soon to be VT 279-
The NW leg of the Bennington Bypass.
The overpasses for US 7.
Closer in-looking at the piers.
Now, the overpass of VT 67A.
Same as above.
Now on VT 67A southbound looking at the Bypass overpass.
Up on the Bypass-looking west-It narrows to a single carriageway,
and heads to NY.
Ramp detail, and narrowing of the road.
A bridge ID plate.
Junction 2 slip road on US 7. There's a great rock wall to the right.
Going under US 7 at JN 2.
Northbound on VT 67.
